Felted clogs
Warning everything in this post involves my obsession with wool.
So I started these cool clogs for myself about a month ago and then got frustrated and stopped and then I figured out that they arent that hard once you figure out how the pattern works. So I knitted up two and finished them up tonight.
Here is what they look like when they arent felted.
Since I didnt have the forsight to put something in the picture for scale but they are about 15 inches long and 9 inches wide. I have a picture of me wearing them.
Anyway I tossed them in the washing machine with some soap and hot (relatively hot since my apartment washer doesnt actually get that warm) water and let them agitate for about 13 minutes and the wrung out the water and shaped them to foot shape and voila!!!!
Aren't they just the most wonderful things I have ever made? I cant wait till its cold enough to wear them all the time. Anyway more knitting projects to come.
