(no subject)
Yesterday I went to Merril PArk Elementary school with some of my softball team and had batting practice for todays game and to break in a new bat we got. Well the bat crazcked after an hour...High Quality Gear...So we started using our other $300 bat. We measured out how far the fence would be since there were no fences and I hit two that would have been over the fence and one that probably wouldve hit the top of the fence. :) I'm confident going into this game. Plus, two maybe three awesome people will be there supporting me. :) Super Power.
I got my new camera in and had it at the practice. Some of you know I have a brother that people get us confused all the time. My own grandma (although she is old and not doing so well) thought I was my brother for about twenty minutes before we realized she thought I was him. Now we dont look exactly alike, but pretty close. I have a picture here that shows why people get us confused. And then a picture of my swing and a different recent pic.
Last friday coming home from work, a ladys car caught on fire and was on the side of the road. I got there just as it happened and stopped got her away from the car and called 911, then other people stopped to check and then just left. Im sorry I sould not just leave someone in that situation. I would feel so bad. So I was stopping traffic and just making sure the situation was controlled. The car was engulfed in flames. It was scary because we didnt know if it would blow up or not. By the time the fire department got there, there was only a trunk left of the car. Crazy. The lady was screaming at the top of her lungs and freaking out. So I focused on calming her down. I stayed until the fire department told me to go and that they would make sure she had a ride to whereever. I need to buy a fire extinguisher for my car though. Although I dont think i would have done any good, it got really big really fast.
