Another Rococophile's Delight from Mr. Tonner

Morning LJ folks...I've been so busy this week! Work, work, work, of course; Wednesday night I was invited very last minute to attend the final dress rehearsal of the Arden Theatre Company's production of the musical Sunday In The Park With George (enjoyable I suppose, though I'm not much of a Sondheim fan); and otherwise I've diligently puttering away at my crafting (nearly finished with the beading on the bag!). That last has afforded me time to sit though many, many hours of Mythbusters streaming on Netflix. I adore that show, if for no other reason than that they tried to build both Archimedes' death ray and Telsa's harmonic resonator of DOOM. Supernerds are so awesome...

But onto the point of this post--pretties! One of the exclusives from this year's Tonner convention was this cutie called 'Madame à la Framboise'. She is LE 100, and the Tonner online shop currently has 5 correction: 4 left. Unfortunately it is the end of the month, and there are other things like rent to be seen to, so she will undoubtedly sell out before I have the opportunity to order one :( However, on the outside chance that there are still any available next week after I get paid, we shall see ;) My collection of 16" Rococo girls currently consists of two platinum blondes, two pinkies, and a brunette--no redheads! Plus her outfit reminds me somewhat of my favorite costume from Marie Antoinette...
