I've Been Blogged!
Good evening, my dears. I am right in the midst of my 'work all night, sleep all day' Thanksgiving shift--I believe last night/this morning we worked about 10 1/2 hours--so I'm probably not going to be online much between now and next Tuesday-ish. However! I had to hop on for a moment while dinner is cooking to share the link to the entry my embroidery teacher Marie posted in her blog reviewing some of the work well all produced in the past semester. In addition to the highly complimentary comments made in regards to moi (for which I am most grateful!) I would also draw your attention to the unbelievably *TINY!!!* sampler done by Betsy. It's almost exactly standard Art Trading Card size (though unintentionally, I think), and the fact that she stitched in that scale with no magnification aid completely boggles my mind. It really needs to be framed and hung in a doll house...
Below is a picture Marie posted of my as yet work-in-progress 'Fan' sampler, which I continue to toil away at. Much more still to do, but oh, it will be ever so fabulous once I have finished...
