Well, the night was going from bad to worse. He was out of cigarettes so there was nothing else to do but lean back in the bathtub and look up at the ceiling of the bathroom. He had already gotten bored of looking through the community on his phone and he really didn't want to talk to Sekhmet anymore tonight. There had been enough arguments already and he was tired.
It was cold but at least Set had thought to put some blankets nearby but he was too lazy to move at the moment. That and moving took so much effort. Sokar grumbled a curse, wondering why Set had bothered to at least leave some of the good booze in the mini fridge in reach, at least while he was here he could have gotten drunk off his ass. He closed his eyes for a moment, but sleep would be impossible right now.
When he opened his eyes once more, there she was. Ella Grenier looming over him and he only had time for one thought before she struck and the end came.
