The knock on Eos' door was the only way Loki had decided to announce his presence. There had been no text, no call -- simply him showing up with a plan on the tip of his tongue. He had a good feeling she'd like it, and if she didn't, well, there were few other people he could share it with. The fact that Eos was a Greek, someone who didn't know his pantheon, meant a great deal when it came to safety.
He leaned his hand up against the doorframe, tapping one finger against the wood of the door. This was going to be a fun night.
The goddess of dawn had been getting ready to head out. So when the knock on her door was heard, she paused only for a moment before heading towards the door. She wasn't expecting anyone but she had time to answer the door even if she was still tugging on her dress when she opened the door. When her eyes fell on Loki, she smiled and placed a hand on her hip playfully.
"I was starting to wonder about you, come in," she held the door open for him. Tonight just got a lot more interesting, that's for sure.
His customary smirk crossed his lips as he waltzed in, fluidly wrapping an arm around her waist to turn her around. "Going somewhere?" A kiss grazed her cheek in greeting.
Eos always had a knack for looking really good, but it wasn't quite physical attraction that drew him to her. It was her playfulness, her utter childishness and naivety that almost reminded Loki of himself.
"Depends what you have for me," she teased though she was certain that he knew that she would make time for him. Loki was different from the many men in her life, he made things exciting. She leaned against him when he wrapped an arm around her waist, laughing.
"And for a surprise visit, I'm sure you have something really good for me, don't you?" she asked playfully.
That smile didn't fade from Loki's lips as he pulled her backward, making sure to tap the door shut so they wouldn't abandon it all open. "I would hope you'll find it really good. I have a proposition, should you choose to accept it."
And there would be no room for a no here.
Now this was definitely interesting and she was definitely all ears to any of his proposals. She gave him a little grin, letting him led her along.
"Alright, I'm listening, then~!"
She doubted very much that she would turn this down.
Ok, I'm not sure what's up with this mysterious note but the knife? That has to be the worst gift I've gotten so I'm not surprised there was no name attached.
