Experiencing windy weather was something of a blessing as it was only a light breeze, and less like a hurricane. Wrapped up in his uniform, Uriel felt grateful that nothing worse had happened. The inside of the car was like an inferno, and so the breeze was especially welcomed.

Fog in the coffee shop, however, was not.

He stepped out with the cup in hand, his attention solely on getting in the car and returning to work. A break was fine once in a while, but he didn't make a habit of it more than twice in a day. Early afternoon was a good time to indulge in a good fair trade coffee. A slow sip of the coffee was taken when the angel finally reached his parked vehicle, fingers sliding into his pocket for the keys.

Today was not the best of days for the goddess of dawn. She wasn't too fond of the freezing weather outside or the wind storms in her apartment. The humid weather in her office wasn't minded but still, she disliked having to bundle up when she stepped out. But her dreary day was cheered up as she rounded a corner and saw a familiar sight before her. This was too good.

With a smirk she walked up to him confidently but she didn't give him time to say a word before she grabbed him and leaned up to press her lips against his. She wrapped an arm around his waist as she did so, pressing against him and bending him slightly over the hood of his car as her tongue slipped past his lips, exploring his mouth eagerly.

Nothing could have prepared Uriel for that forced turn, those lips against his (such a foreign sensation, and was that her tongue), and so while one arm held the coffee cup away, the other automatically hovered at the gun holstered at his hip. Not a threat, not really. Just some girl sticking her tongue into his mouth.

Allowing a sound of surprise to escape his throat, the angel took that free hand and hooked it over her closest shoulder, his own fingers nearly brushing his cheek. Something to pull her off, which he was currently attempting to do with one hand.

She was pleased at his reaction, believing that sound coming from his throat to be a moan so she deepened the kiss for a moment before pulling away.

"You're welcome, babe," she gave him a grin, reached to give his butt a pat before turning to head along on her way, definitely pleased with herself.

Her retreating back was stared at as Uriel attempted to regain his composure, surprise transitioning into confusion. Had that been the girl he'd encountered in the elevator that time? She certainly looked like her, and judging from the actions, it could be no one else.

One hand drifted up to wipe across his lips, though not because of any lingering tastes. He'd just been kissed -- if one could call that a kiss when there hadn't been intention to reciprocate. His first kiss had been stolen; that was more like it.

And he still didn't even know her name.
