Uriel has been shot in the shoulder, it won't be fatal but he's still in hospital now and undergoing treatment for it. I'll keep you informed as to how he's doing and hopefully you'll be able to visit him soon.

They were wearing Kabuki masks and driving a van, that's all I could see. Maybe Uriel will have more information when he's recovered.

A cafe, about fifteen minutes from my apartment. I... Think it's still a crime scene but I could probably give you a address?

Which hospital? I'm on way my way now.

My one, it was the closest.

He needs to rest, though, so it'll have to be a quick visit.

Very well.

I understand that but I am coming to be with him nonetheless.

Men in Kabuki masks shot at us from a van, I'm not sure who they were but Uriel's being treated now.

What colour was the van? Do you know how many there were? Why on earth were they fucking shooting at you? Fuck. He'd better be alright.

White, as I recall, which is terribly helpful. I don't know how many there were. I don't really know why they were shooting at us. And he will be alright, I know he will.

[Address of the Bellevue Hospital Center], [Room number] and I'm his doctor at present moment. Richard C. Tobit, for future reference, though I also go by Raphael. It'll probably have to be a brief visit but you also probably understand that.

A hour at most, at least today. And that is correct, it wasn't a bad hit as such but the bullet definitely went in and it's deeper than a superficial graze thus requiring more treatment. But he's young, strong and assures me that he's suffered worse so there shouldn't be any lasting effects once the bullet is out.

I assume that you don't have the time to discuss his treatment in person, which would be preferable but isn't always practical, but it's a bit in depth to do over here. I could always email you the plans, though?

Oh no! Is he okay? Please, I'm his cousin. Can you tell me where he is?

It's okay, it's okay. It was only a wound to the shoulder and so he should start recovering soon enough. He just needs to rest for now.

...But a quick visit shouldn't do that much harm if you're worried about him: [Address of hospital], [Room number]. What's your name, so they'll know who you are?

Oh, okay. I guess that's better news? But how frightening. I knew his job was dangerous but, oh.

My name is Connie White. I'll come just as soon as my husband's home to look after my son.

I know, it's always hard when somebody close to you is injured. I know it isn't very soothing at the moment but at least he's getting the best possible care? And I won't let anything else happen to him now that he's in my care.

Wonderful. Somebody should show you up as soon as you arrive.
