His upper lip twitched as she approached, keeping those glasses firmly in place even if it was evening.
"I said blue," was his huffy reply, disregarding the fact she was still a knockout. He wasn't going to hang his head and lick his wounds like some kicked dog, but he was angry that she'd taunt him. Pointing her invisible finger, wagging it over him because he'd stepped boundaries he'd never had in the first place. As he'd told her on their last meeting, they weren't married, but it didn't mean he'd ever lose that possessiveness he had over her.

He wasn't at all amused with her.
Turning in his seat he faced her and that victorious look on her face. He wouldn't ever be gentle or considerate, just as he could never expect her to be the wife he'd used before for his own selfish gain.

"I'm not here to sulk, sweetheart, but if you'd like a fuck I'd be ever so inclined." Grin as he took another swig of his newly filled glass.

"I thought you'd like that one," he said with a laugh knowing full well she'd shoot him down.
"I forget you like the nice guys," there was annoyed tone to his voice.

What was it she was even fishing for if not just to make his head spin? He damn near wanted to chew the glass in hand with his teeth. He supposed they were even now on the pissed off front, though Amphitrite could keep her feathers ruffled for some time. He was tempted to run out and bang the little red-headed wench again just to piss Amphitrite off that much more.
