Location: NY hotel holding fundraiser/event for deaf children.

Summary: It's meet and greet time again. Echo and Narcissus run into one another at a charity event.
There were often fundraisers for charity events that Narcissus would attend with his model colleagues. None of it was ever for the benefit of those involved, not really. He used the appraisal to stroke his own ego. A charming smile, a kind word and helpful hand. It gave a good presentation to those that witnessed it. They saw the facade and bought right into it.
Today was no different.
He wasn't aware that this event would bring Echo back into his cookie-cutter world. It disturbed him with her around. It disturbed him even more that instead of falling at his feet for him to kick around she was ignoring him. He didn't like being ignored, it ate away at his self-esteem.
Flashing that pretty smile Narcissus joined one of his colleagues and chatted with one of the interpreters for a few children. He signed a hello to the little girl with bright blue eyes who giggled in return.
