I'm deeply impressed that you wrote Otterkin over a weekend! Wow.

And I must add that just about all of the H:tLJ stories you list are favorites of mine too, and that's not counting the three Chronos stories. I've reread all of them many times, and I secretly still hope there'll be more. *g*

I was pretty impressed myself - I don't think I've produced anything of that length in that timescale before or since!

I do have part of episode 4 of the chronicles written. What I don't have these days is much time ... :-(

*takes cookie, chews thoughtfully*

"Where to, Merlin?"
"Wherever takes your fancy, Ripper ... I quite fancy a pint. Something with body and character, perhaps?"
"Character, I can do. Body? Not entirely a safe thing to ask for when Buffy's around ..."

*sound of TARDIS dematerialising*

Ah. . .there were some great stories written during the peak of the Hercverse days. I know I did my best work there. Sigh. Lovely stuff, especially "The Old Woman, etc."

'Otterkin' is still a definite favourite of mine. There was some *great* stuff came out in that period - there might have been more, but I think the disaster that was a certain season was responsible for killing a lot of enthusiasm. :-(
