Some weekend fun
Ahh so I finally got a weekend off. I cant believe how nice it is to not have to worry about work on Saturday or School/studio time on Sunday. I closed on Friday and nothing really exciting happened on that day. Then Saturday was spent getting things done (but fun things) and relaxing for the most part. So my plans didnt fall through for going out and having some drinks but that was ok since I still had some at home and a xbox 360 to entertain me. So dad and someone I havent seen in a really long time and someone I really missed came home. MATT!!! I seriously missed that guy. Well he found out that I had DMC 4 so he and I popped it in and started playing. Funny because I already had a file and he got farther then I did because we sat and worked on his file for over 10 hours! Not the first time but it is for working on someone elses' file. It was actually pretty fun until it was all of a sudden 6 in the morning and sleep hadnt payed me a visit yet. Matt was tired as hell but well watching the screen all that time and not being used to it....
So some how I missed Static X new release coming out tomorrow. I almost preordered it to get this signed booklet but meh I kinda want to wait and get it at bestbuy then just use the little money I save on shipping and get the LE deg dvd coming out. And that new book.
So it looks like I wont get to see xjapan. I kinda figured. Still makes me sad......I wonder if they will still release the shikikitties. Oh you can bet how high on cloud 9 I was when I saw that annoucement.
I dont know about anyone else but I cant stand Metallica's ride the lightning. bah.....I still kinda like some of their stuff but as a band.....fuck that.
So I for some odd reason have a bunch of cds laying around that I havent listened to yet. Some are ones I had before or ones I got because I want to try them out. I think I will take one with me on my way to work tomorrow.
Well I think I am going to go and finish some studies and curl up in bed. I have a feeling its going to be another long night.
