Wow, it’s been a long time since I wrote or even talked about Mamma, I do think of her every day and she’s never too far from my thoughts or actions. Almost everything I’ve done magically has been in her image, she was kind and caring. My mother was an amazing person.
There are some mornings I miss her so much I don’t get out of bed till late in the afternoon, those times have become less and less thankfully. I miss my best friend; we were best friends, mother and daughter, not to mention teacher and student. She taught me everything I know about magic; I know she always taught me that it was already inside me but I know she had a hand in it, I know that she taught me the things I needed to know to be a good witch and one that obeyed the wiccan laws.
Sometimes I wish that Willow could have known my mother; maybe things would be different now.
I can’t help but wonder sometimes if she thinks that of me as well. I wonder if she looks down and is happy with how I turned out.
I’m happy with my life now, things are getting better, and I’ve met someone. An amazing someone and…I’m happy, it’s been a long time since I’ve been happy and…
I hope she’s happy for me.
