My appearance has changed again; I now look like a man of average height and features, with short brown hair and brown eyes who seems to be an acquaintance of R. The transformation has not affected my ability to do my job, so I will be reporting in as usual; I thought it would be best to warn you before an apparent stranger comes into the clinic. My apologies for any inconvenience this causes you.
