F***in' Napoleon (to quote Ani)

I seem to have unconsciously developed an interest in the Napoleonic Wars. It's nothing I consciously chose to do, but in the last month or so I've finished Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrel, read His Majesty's Dragon, and watched the first five of the Richard Sharpe movies. By an odd coincidence, the very day I watched Sharpe's Rifles, the chapter of JS & Mr N I read had a passing reference to the 95th Rifles.

Can anyone recommend to me a good single-volume non-fiction history book about the Napoleonic Wars?

And in a somewhat related topic, what is the name of the WWI fighter plane game that is played on tabletop with plastic miniatures? It's a fairly recent game, I think? It occurs to me that something like that combined with some ideas from my current super-secret project would make for a cool aerial dragon fight game in the style of the Temeraire books.

geekery, books
