How far along? 17 weeks exactly!

Weight Gain? Oh I'm finally over 180lbs and that's scary. I know it's weight I'm suppose to gain, but wow!

Stretch Marks? Funny enough, they're starting to show up on my boobs, but not stomach. Makes sense, they were small to start with, my stomach wasn't...

Sleep? Never enough. I need to start taking real naps, rather than "lay on the couch playing on my phone" naps.

Sickness? Just once at work :/ note to self: do. not. chug. water.

Movement? Finally! I think it was Baby B (the top one, which I think is a boy). I was laying on my stomach (for two seconds! to reach across the bed!) and I definitely felt something. Totally weird. There is definitely a little person (or two!) in there!

What I miss? My wedding rings... I'm a drummer! The tapping is not the same without them! And, you know, it just feels wrong walking around pregnant, looking unwed and shit.

Food cravings? Nothing in particular, but right before I felt a baby moving I totally had fried pickles and ice cream. I'm such a cliche.

Food aversions? Nothing new this week, thank God!

What I’m looking forward to: Getting a real bump. Right now it's not obvious I'm pregnant, just that I'm gaining weight.

Mood? Getting better. Always a little down about the lack of energy, but I'm adjusting.

Milestones? Not pregnancy related, but we went to look at our first house! Mixed feelings about it. It's SO cheap, it's got SO much potential. We would 100% buy it if we were not expecting. I think we need to take John's dad with us to look at us and to give us an idea oh how much time/money it would take to fix it up. It's definitely liveable, but it needs all new paint an some drywall work. One bathroom needs gutting. From the outside, it's adorable. Small neighborhood, backs up to a huge field with a playground. Perfect garden potential (like I'll have time next spring... right.)

Things I wish people knew: How awesome John is. Including him. This guy is my hero. He's just so good. He will be an incredible father. Watching him with my nieces and nephews is pretty heartwarming. A few weeks ago he was playing outside with Bailey, and in a ten minute span, they flew a kite, he pushed her on a swing, he put flowers in her hair, caught lightening bugs. Grossly cute. He'll be great with our kids. No doubt.
