Mike comes home from college next friday [23rd]
I want to loose 7-9lbs.
i know this will all be water weight, etc.
what would you say, from expeirence, would be the best way?
and the maximum # of calories,
i cant really figure it out myself, im horrible at it,

competition anybody?!
