Just a very quick update.

I'm doing heaps better now! Yay!

I pretty much have 3 good days then a bad one, then 3 good...etc.
My sleeping with/without sleeping pills is pretty much 50/50, so that has improved too :)
I'm still tired a lot, but not as much as I was.

Hoping to start getting back into LJ more now!
