Ken doll!Kane
Remember how much Ava loves Christian Kane?!
Well, she still isn't over it!! lol
For her birthday she got a Prince Ken doll to go with her Princess Barbie.
Yesterday I was asking her what his name was, and jokingly said that Aunty Shar had said she should call him Jensen! (which she did say!). Ava just laughed and then much to my surprise, said "no, it's Jared!" hehe. So he was Jared. For about an hour. Then when I said something about Ken!Jared she said "no Mummy, it's Christain Kane!"
And that's the name she's now settled on.
Yes, my three year old has a ken doll named Christian Kane!.....I wonder if they sell little cowboy hats for Ken dolls!... hehehe
Then, later on in the day when we went shopping, walking back to the car, poor Ava fell over and hurt her knee. Nothing I said or did would make her stop crying! Seriously, I tried just about everything!
Then we finally got into the car, she was still bawling in the back seat, so I popped the music on and said "Listen Ava, Christian Kane is going to sing for you and make your knee all better!".
Well, instantly the crying stopped, although there were still a few sobs (she was really upset after all), but no crying and she just listened, and after a few songs she said "my knee's better now. Christian Kane sang it better! Thankyou Christian Kane. He's a good man"! hehe
My mum, who was in the car with us, couldn't believe it!!
I was like "What? There's nothing Christian Kane can't fix!" lol
Well, she's got good taste!!
