This time last weekend I was walking through a windy, chilly afternoon in York, examining medieval walls and taking pictures-at-arms-length with my boyfriend. Now that I'm back at home I realise what a surreal 2 weeks I just had. Life comes crashing down, and instead of embracing self-pity, I'm reading my Bible and reliving the past through all of our photos together. There are probably 100. I have to say, I think it says something when you start an at-arms-length photo series. My friends seem to say it means "it's serious."
I usually don't update when I don't have anything to say, but today is an Internet Abuse day, so here I am. It's been a long week of joblessness, with little to occupy my time. I really should get back to Reading Real Books. Well - I suppose French books count as "real," it's just that I can only read about 4 pages at a time....
