I'm Not Just Pollinating
The Queen Honeybee will get her groove on with as many as forty male bees in one day. Of course, scientists say it's not for selfish personal gratification. Apparently, the constant booty causes their little bee bodies to release chemicals that attract other bees to come and work in their hive. She's taking forty for the team!
As it turns out, humans produce those attraction chemicals, too. Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on your bend), it doesn't require such sexual olympics. All it takes is FLIRTING!
"Flirting with a variety of men is a fun, harmless way to release dopamine, serotonin, and adrenaline," says James Houran, PhD, a relationship therapist in New York. "These chemicals and hormones cause you to emit sexy vibes, making you irresistible to everyone."
