so....second week of class. don't expect many posts this semester.
finally got my schedule set.
Geology 101 930-1045
Creative Writing 1230-145
Literature of Adolescence 2-315
all tues thurs. work is MWFS. either 8-2 MW or 8-1 F 2-6 S--unless something comes up, like a High Holy Day.
but that's only 9 hrs, you'll say.
i've got a Victorian Studies class that is all online. so far, not bad. she likes the fact i'm using it to help make my stories more historically accurate, and just the simple timeline she gave us already told me that it has to be taking place 1880s-early 1900s. and she was also curious about this game i've found that plays out what would happen if the Victorian Era never ended. so i gave her the link to Etherscope and asked if she wanted to see what has been compiled.
please note that 3 of those classes are english classes. free time? what is this word you speak of? i'm going to be reading even as i role-play--which works out rather well, considering i'm playing a college student.
all i need to do is get through this semester with a high B average--my mark, not anyone elses--and then i can take The Walk. quite frankly, i don't care how many Sanchez's or Smith's i need to sit through. i'm gonna do the big thing in the PIT. maybe more than just my immediate family and my fiancee'll show up. i know my high school one i had my mom's side show up, but i'd like for both sides to show up. i mean, i am graduating college, a bigger deal than high school.
i should get back to reading my victorian stuff. then when i get home, do the stupid module thing for geology.
been a while since i've been in a 101. meh. at least it gives me the hrs i need to graduate.
