Hello, hello, hello, SO good to see you all!
I'm doing...ok. Work was being demanding & then I got used to NOT being on LJ & then I was like, wait. But LJ used to make me happy. & I'm on vacay. Hmmmm....;) So here I am, in a short drive-by post. I have ppl to reply to & I'm gonna work my way thru that. It also occurs to me that now I can write all the fic. Or at least some of it. Which means I'll ask tempertemper oriam_space to beta. Which is ALWAYS funtiems. Win/win. :D
How have you talented, awesome, friendly ppl been? If you did s'thing of which ur particularly proud while I've been absent, would u mind linking me to it so I can ooh & ahh over ur greatness? In 21 hours & 30 minutes the Games of the 30th Olympiad will be starting. I'm nervous & excited & tense & hopeful. I should warn u: I fangirl Jamaica's team like I fangirl everything else. I apologise in advance if this rubs any of you the wrong way.
Look! All my babies' names are here :D:D:D & we have a 50 member delegation in the same year we're about to celebrate 50 years of independence (which happens on August 6). Perfect. :D

All of these pretties have been obtained from here, which is a really nice place to keep up with our delegation, as well as to bounce to their theme song for the Olympics.
I'm not a sports fan (as I think I've said to huronia before) but I'm very loyal & fiercely patriotic, which is why I'm so excited about our Olympic team. I rather love pairs figure skating & gymnastics (they're so preeeeeetty) & I found what I think may be my New Fave Routine Of All Time, the Canadians Bryce Davison & Jessica Dube. Figures that I'd find them _after_ they break up. *sadfays* At any rate, this is too lovely not to share:
