(no subject)
Job opportunity heading my way. Maybe? Please? Pretty pretty please?
And I had just woken up this morning wondering why in the heck I hadn't gotten a single call back on ANY of the many many many job applications I sent in last week.
Until I got a phone call this morning from a temp staffing firm...... saying they had a position they would like me to fill.... that is in the APPRAISING field. omg! yes! please?!
so I have an interview with the temp staffing firm tomorrow.... and then an interview with the actual company that needs to hire someone like me (grin) next tuesday. *crosses fingers toes arms, hair, knees, ankles, wrists, and basically makes self into a living pretzel of twistiness all the while saying prayres to get the job*
It would be temp-to-hire....so temp and hourly for now, but with the possibility of going permanent and with a good benefit package and all that. I still have to see what they offer salary wise and all that, but from what I've been told so far I'm really really hoping I make the cut to get the job!! And its in Frederick, not toooo far away and not a bad commute at all (I really like that particular drive, lovely horse farms along the way, but I digress)
So. Shoot some prayers and good thoughts my way please this week and next? I need it!
