So everyone knows how I'm fur obsessed right? Right.
I have been trying to...up the ante so to speak, and go for the really nice hard to find furs. Like Sable. Or Stone Marten. Which are basically the same thing and are some of the most expensive furs. Its in the mink family only way way way better and way way way more expensive.
So because I can only afford really cheap, I've been doing some research on sable and marten fur. Mainly that on the underside of the fur, there will be patches of white.

If this IS sable or marten fur, then I got ONE HELL of a deal. This would normally be $70-200+ on ebay used and god knows how much brand new. Maybe $700+? Even if its plain old fox, this is still a really good deal. My guess is that is probably stone marten just based on the color of the fur and the markings from the picture. Sable, or russian sable, would be a bit darker I think and more lush looking. Stone Marten appears to be almost always a lighter color.
