It has been a while since I have posted good news in my blog. (.●´ v `●.)
I suppose by now, this is actually coming out a bit late.
There are times when you think you know yourself very well, and then events and circumstances change. And when you reflect on those changes, you realize that you yourself have also met those changes with your own. And all at once, you find that you did not know yourself half so well as you thought you did, and that your understanding of situations, friendships, relationships, and even of your own feelings is off. I recently found myself in this position, with a dear friend of mine. Close in contact for something around six years, it would be rare to go for more than a few days without having a conversation with him, online...or more recently in person again. I suppose it was his proximity that made it so difficult for me to realize that we mutually felt very strongly towards one another. Luckily, we are both in possession of good friends who pointed out to us what we might otherwise have missed.
The long story short, I suppose...is that I am quite happy.
