This is the rough draft about a school play, I think it turned out really well!
Mr. Crissey, the new drama teacher, has come up with an original production of Snow White; this time it is called, Snow White and the Lost in the Forest Players.
Performences will be during fifth and sixth period on Tuesday, March 1st and Thursday, March 3rd for the school, and an evening perfermance also on the 3rd. This version is Snow White is a little more different from the original one most of us are used to hearing. In this version, Snow White wants to be a teacher. The plot still stays true to the original story though.
Many students auditioned to be part of this production, [uncluding yours truely] and were required to both read from a script, and sing. Many students wanted to take on the role of Snow White, or the wicked Queen. Others, were just happy if they could get a part. "I didn't really care what part I would get, if I get one, I just want to be in the play because it seems like it will be fun," says sophomore Marlene Llewellyn.
This will be the first play at Concord High School, in the longest time. Anticapation is growing; soon we shall see if all the work that is put into this play was worth it.
