Seems most people who aren't artists rarely get an artist's work... or underappreciate what goes into it. This ranges from all art, web art, drawn art, hell even technical coding into an art. It is all the stuff you don't see that goes into making the final product. If people don't know what that is or don't even know it takes place past "right in front of your face", people don't see it.
