1 Water 150 ml
2 Milk 300 ml (100+200)
3 Flour
4 Vegetable Oil 2-3 big spoons
5 Salt ½ tea spoon
6 Butter 200 gr
7 Potato 10 pieces
8 Onion 1 piece
9 Pepper
10 Eggs 2 pieces
Step 1 Mix in a cooking pot water, milk (100 ml), vegetable oil and salt. Add flour.
Step 2 Cut the pastry into pieces and make thin pans.
Step 3 Roast both sides of the flat cakes at the burning hot fry pan without oil.
Step 4 Make potato puree.
Boil potatoes in water for 20 minutes.
Fry onion until it becomes lightly browned.
Add hot milk and melted butter.
Mash the potatoes.
Mix potato puree and the onion.
Add whisked eggs.
Step 5 Put to one half of the pan potato puree and cover it by another part of the pan.
Step 6 Oil each flat cake by melted butter.
Step 7 Serve qistibij with tea.
