I get to read the tickets people create for our IT department, so among all the people who complain that they can't get into websites that are blocked by the company (like, uh, Facebook), there's usually a few that make me laugh out loud. Today I saw one that said some guy in customer service was having issues with his phone. The issue was, "He has to pick it up to answer it!" While I understand that they mean that he should be able to hit a button and have it go to his headset, the initial read was hilarious.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand it's 12:45PM.
