I hate Best Buy
I am initiating a boycott against Best Buy. After much complaining, my most recent run-in with Best Buy still has not been resolved. I ordered a 2.0GB SD card for my camera on Dec. 25th. I had to pay for shipping because they refuse to give me a pick-up option. Fine. I'll give them the extra $2. Two weeks later and I am still SD cardless. My sister goes on her account to check its status only to find it telling her it has already been delivered on Dec. 29th. Uh, no it hasn't!
So we call customer services to talk to some of the dumbest, most incompetent people working in services only to be told they will take up to 10 business days to investigate into this matter. And even then, they won't send us a replacement unless we RE-order the damn thing at the REGULAR PRICE. It has now gone from $39.99 to $119.99. I have to call them AGAIN to tell them to pay me the difference. What. The. Hell. Screw you Best Buy, you're even worst than your retarded cousin, Futureshop. At least they delivered my camera.

And to whoever actually has my SD card, I hope it explodes like a Dell laptop battery.
