WARNING- bad language. I am super pissed.
Fuck my neighbors!! They should not be allowed to have pets! Or children for that matter.
First of all, they've gone through about 6 dogs before the 2 puppies they have (or had) now. They gave them back for various reasons, like "they were too big" or "kids are not bonding".
So the 2 puppies are spaniel mixes- probably about 10 weeks old now. The past few weeks, they've left them outside, not fenced in the front yard, and alone. At any time could they have walked into the road that's 20 feet away and got hit and killed.
Fast forward to today. They put the puppies in the fenced in backyard alone with some dog that wasn't even theirs. This dog is about the size of a full grown border collie.
The big dog must have had it with one of the little puppies, and suddenly a puppy starts screaming. The mom runs out and starts yelling at the big dog; the kids come out and start screaming. The puppy's screaming and suddenly it stops. I can only imagine that the big dog must have snapped the puppy's neck or something. The kids are screaming and crying.
