The big wheels keep on turn...
so tonight was fun. I hung out with everyone at tricia's grad party. Although I got stung by a bee on the bottom of my foot while playing volleyball, all turned out well. Did some good video recordings. lol. O volleyball, elbow tag, random firecrackers going off. Good times, good times. this 4th of july weekend has been good so far.
Yesterday my family decided to go go-karting which was a blast... turns out I really like speeding lol, and feel the need to go fast. It was good family bonding. Mom and I had good mother daughter bonding yesterday too. I had a doctors appointment at 11 so we went and then afterwords stopped by target (3rd day in a row, yet a different target from the past 2 times) and returned a scale we bought and instead bought Adirondack chairs. So then we go to leave and get on the expressway. Only we couldn't take that route b/c apparently it was the parade route for the Penfield parade that was going on that morning. So we took the way home through webster on plank road. Only we were passing Schutts (?) farm. (Noticed a sign that said U-pick cherries) so my mom and I decided that we were gonna pick some fresh cherries b/c they were only $1.75 per lb. whereas in wegmans or tops they are like $3.00 a lb. So mom and I picked 5 lbs of cherries. (I daresay more than half are already gone) so that was yesterday.
Today was tricia's grad party, which was super fun. Although I hate how everything closes at like 11 on sundays. We (alba, mel, mike, natalie, shawn, katie, tricia, tony, tanya, at first sarah, and later michelle) (sry if i forgot anyone) drove around trying to find a place to eat. Everywhere was closed or was closing. so we ended up at wegmans buying chicken to which tony was going to go back to tricia's house and make for everyone. so that is what ended up happening. It was a fun night.
Tomorrow I do believe is a trip with my family to Roseland water park. Now I have never been there and it doesnt look very big but hopefully it will be quite the adventure for my fam. and a fun outing that will end up in good quality family time. I think right now I am balancing my time with family and friends very nicely.
Which brings me to another point. I am not online much during the day, but I hope people wont hesitate to call, b/c more often than not I am just doing things around the house and wouldnt mind hanging out. (Dont hesitate to call lol) Anyways I am realizing with summer here I have more opportunities to hang out with my friends and I am sooo glad all the drama that was going on is gone. (at least i think it is gone) it is such a good feeling and i feel as if I have started fresh. Everything is going so well right now. I am looking forward to my summer of work (I do like my job) family, and especially friends.
