A great start for the summer...
So last night was awesome, but that all started after work. Work was work, simple as that. So... at like 10:30 went to mel's where she was having a "camp out". That was seriously such fun. Just to kick back with ppl and talk around a fire and the hot tub was really nice. Although the water was really hot. But anyways... after the guys left, it was me, mel tanya and tricia. We decided to sleep in the tent in her yard. Yes 4 girls (two of them being me and tanya) get paranoid very easily. So then idk what time it was... but I was taking out my contacts and I was like omg I just saw someone. And sure enough someone was there b/c they then heard me and moved out of my view. Mel gets out and turns out like frank and some others decided it would be funny to scare us. Yea,,, needless to say every noise we heard afterword had us jumping. I do believe we spent a half hour just calling out names of ppl who would be trying to scare us after we heard a big "plop" in mel's pond. We finally got to sleep at God only knows what hour... but it was deff good times.
So today i had my recital and apparently i didnt suck as much as I thought. I remembered all my places and moves with the exception of how uncomfortable I was b/c the pink tights (I found mine but thank you to mel who lent me hers) i had were cloth and a size to small. But yea i noticed that my teacher repeated alot of moves in different dances and that she never used all of a song.. she would cut it off at a point like trying to fade it out but then the music guy would keep it playing and it just got really annoying.
So after recital (started at 1, but I was there at 11:45 and it ended at 3:30) I came home, changed into my bathing suit and relaxed in the pool/poolsid. it was nice. And then I just passed out on the couch with the tv dozing off. Yes that has been my weekend so far....
