When Jessica screwed Julie over in Phase 10 -- "Jessica, that really hurt...it's still hurting!" = like 'Charlie bit me' youtube video.

"Because I have the regular furnace turned down because it was running too much" = Mark's mom and dad, trying to get heat fixed
