It is an awesome cardgame. It's one of those games that's incredibly simple to understand, and also really complex in terms of its interactions and strategies.
Basically you (and up to three other friends), start off with a ten card deck. In it are seven dollar cards, and three cards worth a victory point each. Each turn you draw five cards, and can: play an action, and buy one thing.
You can buy victory point cards, which determine the winner at the end of the game. You can buy higher denominations of money, which make buy more expensive things easier. Finally, you can buy action cards, which let you: do more actions per turn, or buy more than one thing per turn, or give you extra money for the turn you play them.
At the end of each turn, all the cards you played, bought, or had left in your hand get chucked in a discard pile. Whenever you don't have enough cards in your deck to draw new cards, you shuffle up your discard pile and add it to your deck.
It is extremely interesting to play, incredibly varied from game to game, and dead simple to pick up.
