I'm confused... why would I want to peel a potato?

Also, are you sure boiling the baby works better than tapping the top & bottom and blowing the edible bits out?

*shakes head sternly* There are times when skin on a potato is just not appropriate. As for peeling babies, I think it all depends on whether they have a hard chitinous shell, or a softer outer layer.
