Ya so I'm driving over to where Teressa is babysitting her boss' kids from work and I thought I ran over a stick...but a second later my back end goes up and I'm dragging my muffler. Hilarious, cause I knew that was it right away...once I realized it couldn't be a stick of course. So I park right in the middle of the road, car still running, it was a side street. Get out, break off what's left of the rusted and broken pipes, open my trunk and throw the pipes and muffler in there. Get to Cindy's house (her boss), call up Mineke and head over there with a somewhat decent sounding vehicle.
They give me estimate of $435 and change cause they are doing other stuff in addition to the muffler problem. Which is good cause there was only a one hour charge plus a discounted price on the parts, so I made out decent for getting everything done right there. The discounted price came from the two children Teressa brought with her, her boss's kids not ours, but the guy thought they were ours and gave us a break, not fighting with that. I'd be stupid to do so.
After that we run off to the Moorestown mall and my car is supposedly overheating according to the temp gauge. Stop and go traffic does that but this was way above the normal I am used to seeing. It was on the red, I was worried, but got there safely and everything was cool. When I leave, it's back to normal, thankfully. I'm driving back and it raises again, but not nearly so high this time cause I'm going without much traffic. There are other noises I'm hearing that if persist tomorrow, I'm calling them up and getting it fixed for free since I am warrentied from today. If they don't, then they shall pay horribly.
