I Have a bone protrusion in my left wrist, on the inside. I have had some problems with arthritis and trigger finger..I suspect bone spurs but shouldn't it hurt? I remember a few months back it was sore in like it needed to rotated or popped but it went away after a week. So figured I was just getting arthritis there too. Only today I noticed a sharp little bump(lump with a point) so I asked my mom about stress fractures cause she had them in her back but again wouldn't it hurt? I don't remember a wrist wrist injury, so I hope someone has an idea on where it came from and what to about it.
