4000 yr old chimp tools!!

According to this article, chimps have been using tools for thousands of years! They found 4000 year old tools which, they argue, are most certainly chimp tools and not human tools. The cool thing about this is that it is recent enough to have interesting implications about very, very close ancestors but far enough away to still be meaningful in a prehistoric context.
While I find extant chimps MUCH more exciting, this was just too interesting to pass up!
