Kent visit
SO! well, Akron has a WAY better campus and dorms and everythign than Kent, but Kent has a WAY better Art Education program. It even has it's own classrooms in the art building, whereas in other universities, it's been that you take your art classes in the art building, and the education classes in the education bulding. This one actually has you teach a Saturday art class through the school your junior year. You can study and visit tons of places. The lady talked about going to Milan, Italy for $200, and that they take weekend trips to NY and other places all the time to see art shows. The bad things were that the dorms were kinda bad, kinda tiny and old. The rec center wasn't even close to as cool as Akrons, but I'm going for the education, not the atmosphere, so I'll probably end up going to Kent.
