What I Will Watch This Season! [Autumn 2016]
Same format as last time. Here is what I will 100% watch this season! All the ones that interested me can be found HERE for doramas and anime.
[ WINTER 2016 / SPRING 2016 / Summer 2016 / Autumn 2016]
Continuing From Last Season
1. Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger - In all honesty, I haven't watched this since like JUNE. I got to about episode 20 but because Ghost was being such a drag (and we all remember how bad Ninninger was) it just ruined my interest for Tokusatsu's momentarily. Hopefully I can marathon it and catch up soon, especially because they did the special with freaking GOKAIGER two episodes in a row and I seriously wanna see that! I caught up on Thursday and the Gokaiger episodes were wonderful! I got so nostalgic and teary eyed! I loved them!! I am also enjoying the series and all caught up now! I am surprisingly really enjoying the silver ranger too. He emotional flipflopping is actually interesting. I really like the secondary villain we got going on too! ^_^ The episode about Yamato's mother was upsetting though! =[
2. Yowamushi Pedal - We're only on episode 4/5 and I am loving it! So great seeing my stage actors getting TV time <3 and it's a good story. The CGI and greenscreen is dodgy but lets just ignore that and admire ALL the stage actors okay? ^_^
3. Extras: Unfortuntaley I haven't touched Hunter x Hunter, One Piece or Prince of Tennis (<< already started continuing watching POT! Since yesterday!) BUT I did finish the first season of Fairy Tail! I do intend to go onto the second season but I've heard horror stories about the change in the art style =/ because I've been on a massive Shintehouji and Higa high this summer, I'm thinking I should continue watching Prince of Tennis this season but we'll see.
Autumn 2016 Doramas
I have decided to definitely watch 3 new doramas this season!
4. Medical Team: Lady Da Vinchi - I gotta support my IkeP <3
5. Kamen Rider Ex-Aid - when am I never gunna watch a Toku?! Be real! xD but holy moly PLEASE be better than last season's!
6. Cain and Abel - I want to watch this together with my friend BUT it's a romance, so I'll wait til about episode 2 is out to start watching this... no wait... I'll give it two episodes and then decide if I'll continue or not!
I will try and watch the SPs in real time BUT I tend to just watch Specials radomly, they're never a big priority but I only put two down so it won't be difficult to watch them ^_^
And now for the anime! I'd decided on 3 anime for this season!
7. Show By Rock!! Season 2 - been waiting since like February for this! The shorts did not keep my attention and didn't make up for the massive break between first and second season!
8. Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru - TOUKEN FREAKING RANBU!!! That's ALL I need to say!! This is what I am MOST excited for this ENTIRE season!!! TOUKEN DANSHI!!! ARGH!!!! I'm okay...
9. Yuri!!! on Ice - Ice skating tournaments and gay friendships with typical sport tropes here I come! <3 so ready for this but I've heard that the amount of characters in this is ridiculous, so god help me if more than 2 become favourite characters of mine...
So that's about 9 for Autumn 2016!! Of course if I had extra time I'd want to watch PAST things like everything from the summer anime season (so many amazing anime came out in summer and I've watched none of them!) and then I've also been watching to start Kuroko no Basket recently and as mentioned in my Autumn list I still need to watch The Last Cop Season 1 and Yuuki Season 2 and I've got all those On Hold anime and doramas that I haven't touched at all. Eek! So yes!
