Upcoming Autumn Doramas/Anime!
I was really hoping to keep this list consise this time but then.... as always I find more and more stuff that's interesting BUT I still wanted to put EVERYTHING together so sorry if this is SUPER big! I'll split it into the two sections ^_^ So let's begin! Remember this is NOT what I'm definitely watching for Autumn. This is just everything that interests me for the new season. What I will watch is a different post probably out the first week of October! Anyways, enjoy!
DORAMAS
Cain and Abel
Mondays 9pm Fuji TV
Synopsis: Takada Yu is an employee of a development firm. His father has favored his high-achieving older brother and been indifferent to Yu since young. So Yu craves for his father’s love and wants his recognition somehow. Then one day, Yu encounters a woman.
Cast: Yamada Ryosuke, Kiritani Kenta, Takashima Masanobu
My friend is a HUGE Yamada fan so she wants me to watch this with her. Originally I was really interested in this but THEN learnt it's a romance? Ugh, I was hoping it to be like a revenge brother vs brother thing like with Maou (<< if you haven't watched Maou then definitely watch it! Both the Japanese and the Korean versions are good!)

I'm watching this PURELY for IkeP. It feels likea century ago since I watched him in Corpse Party 2 and in Naritai Jibun ni Nare so I'm definitely watching this for him! I assume I won't like it though because A. It's a medical, B. full of women, BUT the women are mostly none annoying ones so we'll see.

Oh balls! I thought I'd already watched season 2 but according to MDL I haven't?! I better sort that out! Anyway, this year we're getting season 3 of the hilarious and idiotic series. It's a lot of fun and it's great seeing Yamada not playing a hard or serious character. This tv show always has amazing guests in it too!
Jimi ni Sugoi

Cast: Suda Masaki
^^ That's the only name you need to know to be persuaded to watch this right? xD While I HATE the main actress, I'm in this for Suda and it looks like it's going to be an anti-romance or at least it'll start that way and also looks like it'll take place in a book or magazine publishing work place which is an industry that's always interested me.
*find Synopsis*: Etsuko Kono (Satomi Ishihara) is a 28-year-old woman who loves fashion. Aspiring to become a fashion editor, she joins a publishing company, but she is sent to work in copy editing section. There, her job is to correct errors and inadequate parts of documents and copies.
Ishigawa Goemon

If you don't know, I freaking LOVE the movie Goemon (you should watch it if you haven't!) and to see that Goemon is possibly getting his story told in a drama? Sign me up! I'll at least try it out. I actually don't really know any of the cast. I recognise some faces but overall, I'm definitely watching this for the story rather than the cast!
The Last Cop Season 2

The first season was a HUGE hit last year and I'm so glad it's back for a second season! And while I have the first season files, I've still not watched it so as much as I do wanna see this, I can't ='[ but hopefully soon!!

Synopsis: Journalist Maebata Shigeko, young Tsukada Shinichi and elderly Arima Yoshio all suffer from and become involved in a serial kidnap and murder case. Shinichi first discovers a cut arm and handbag from the murder case. Elderly Yoshio's granddaughter is a murder victim.
Based on the novel "Mohouhan" by Miyuki Miyabe.
Cast: Nakatani Miki, Sakaguchi Kentaro, Yamamoto Yusuke etc.
Sounds interesting enough and has Yamamoto Yusuke in it! I really wish he'd get back to main roles but his scandal really fucked him up didn't it? Which is absolutely ridiculous.
Inukai
TV Asahi, Sept 24, 9pm
Cast: Sawamura Ikki, Seto Koji, Endo Yuya, Watanabe Ikkei, Mizuhashi Kenji etc.
Seemingly this is related to the 2015 Kirisaki Jack no Kokuhaku SP according to MDL so I'll make sure to (finally) watch that before I watch this. But come on; this cast is solid and because it's Sawamura, it'll probably be something dark.

Synopsis:
Shimazu Toyohisa, whilst involved at the Battle of Sekigahara, manages to mortally wound Ii Naomasa, but is critically wounded in the process. As he walks from the field broken and bleeding, Toyohisa finds himself transported to a corridor of doors, where a bespectacled man at a desk waits for him. This man, Murasaki, sends Toyohisa into the nearest door where he wakes up in another world. There, Toyohisa meets other great warriors like him who have been transported as well, to be part of a group known as "Drifters."

Metropolis of music, MIDICITY. A kitty girl wearing gothic lolita clothing named Cyan is scouted by Maple Arisugawa, the president of a music agency. From there, she meets Chuchu (a pun off of the sound that rabbits make) the honor student rabbit girl, a net geek dog girl named Retoree (from "Retriever"), and an alien sheep (?) girl named Moa. Together, they form the band named "Plasmagica," and aim for the top of the world.
I am so happy this is finally back!!! The shorts was not satifactory enough! I cannot wait to see the guy bands all over again! <3
Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru

Do I really need to explain this one? I play the game, I've watched the musical, I've seen the stage play, I fucking love Touken Ranbu!!

Suddenly the five-time consecutive world championship ice skater Victor Nikiforov appears before him with Yuri Plisetsky, a young Russian figure skater who is already defeating his seniors. Victor and both Yuris take up the challenge on an unprecedented Gran Prix series.
Omg we got cheerleaders anime in Summer and now we're getting ice skating in Autumn?! Two of my favourite things because they both incorporate gymnastics!
