I started a notebook yesterday where I write all my thoughts and stuff about books/movies/doramas I watch/read ^_^

I watched and finished these five ALL yesterday! How crazy is that?! xD Let's get cracking!!

Garo ~ Tougen no Fue [Japan - 2013] 5/10

This was rather boring. I fell asleep =/ I don't particularly like either main character (on the poster) but I liked the history of the Flute and the mystery of who the bad guy was but other than that, it was meh. Only Garo fans will attempt to watch this.

Garo ~ Soukoku no Maryuu [Japan - 2013] 8/10

I LOVED this! This was very un-GARO. It wasn't dark, there were no horrors and it was almost like Howl's Moving Castle meets Alice in Wonderland. That's the concept and theme I got from it! Sure, it wasn't about defeating horrors which makes this film no long Garo almost but damn I loved how it was so creative and different and it was cute! It was great seeing Rei again <3 The opening did confuse me though; one moment they were teaching young kids and then the next Saejima was in this fantasy land! The ending confused me too! Cos it implied a certain person had died but I couldn't remember them dying! o_O But I enjoyed it a lot! Kakashi and Kuromaru were so cute!!

Hakuba no Oujisama ~ Junai Tekireiki [Japan - 2013] 8/10

This dorama was not what I was expecting it to be. We all know I tend to go into doramas without reading the synopsis and this was no different. I was surprised to see how this was very Affair-centered it was. I love how it had the message of 'Affairs are bad, but also sometimes Affairs occur and there's nothing you can do about it'. I know how horrible that sounds but as a person who can understand both the mind of the person who's been cheated on AND the mind of the 'other women' who accidently falls for an engaged man (I bet y'all feel very hostile towards me now... please don't!! =[), I very much appreciated the different lights that this dorama shined on 'Affairs'. The dorama messed with my emotions so much! One moment I was condeming an affair and then the next I was like 'OMG COME ON!! KISS!' xD I liked how ALL the problems in the dorama were handled and I enjoyed the story. Hara-sensei's development was amazing! She really came on leaps and bounds. Tomo... omg Tomo was HILARIOUS! Everytime he was on screen I laughed so hard! Also, his character is the type of friend you want in your life <3 The dorama is 'predictable' but for once I found that predictability so enjoyable to see unfold. I saw someone write on MDL that they were disappointed in the ending but the ending was what I'd originally wanted to see so I was satisfied. (Can you SEE the difference in the lenght of my reviews now that I have a notebook with all my feels and discussions in?!)  That punch though <3 I saw that coming and it gave me a great feeling when it happened! I really enjoyed how Takako came to believe in herself, that was cute. Some negatives are: The only words that ever came out of Ozu-sensei's mouth was 'I'm sorry' got repetitive and annoying after a while -_- Miura's acting seemed stiff and episodes 8 - 11 lost it a little and got very annoying and a bit boring but episodes 1 - 7 and 12 - 13 made up for the lacking episodes. Ozu's lack of action also pissed me off thoroughly. And on a final low note: EGAWA-SAN!!! *cries* But I enjoyed this thoroughly and very happy I watched it! It's controversial but I think the way it deals with the themes and problems is very good.

Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters [Japan - 2014] 6/10

Ooooo how I've missed the Go-Busters and it was great seeing them again! Suzuki Katsuhiro <3 Jinnai Sho <3 Enter <3 Baba Ryoma <3 Stag and Beetle Ranger! <3 This movie was short but kinda glad it was because, due to me having not seen Kyouryuuger yet and the focus was very much on them, it kinda bored me =/ there was not enough Go-Bustering going on!! I loved the Evil Sentai route they went down but SO wish it'd continued on for longer! There were some surprise guests such as ZyuRanger - made me fangirl so hard when there were like 4 sets of Sentai together!!! "Dino Hope Crosses Time" are you kidding me? That's probably the cheesiest line I've seen EVER and I LOVE SS and KR. The Kyouryuuger transform dance is laughable too... two of the female baddies looked cool and looked like they could be great cosplay ideas! Gabutyra was cute also. This really made me want to rewatch Go-Busters all over again!!!

Ore Ore [Japan - 2013] 9/10

OMG where to start with this?! I thought it was HILARIOUS! So amusing! I really liked the story; it was weird and enjoyable. I think it had a great message of don't scam people as well as the message of believing and accepting yourself for who you are. I am impressed at how Kame gave each character so much individuality and you could differntiate between each of his characters, but his acting did feel forced for some of them, but I guess that fits into the absurd comedy that it is. Kame's crossdressing is always a guilty pleasure of mine and we got to see that at least twice in this <3 I can't help it! xD And I always appreciate boobs but I won't tell you who's boobs!! xD OH! And here we have yet another example where I can ship a fellow female costar/character with Kame's character, and yet I still can't ship/acknowledge the Second Love couple xD Man that was an AWFUL dorama, but let's move away from that! We got to see Kame's stomach quiet a few times and (because it wasn't for a photoshoot so it wasn't photoshopped) it's the first time I've ever seen his belly button hair and omg it was so sexy! He flashed his hips a few times too! *dies* Kame's comedic faces were great too >.< OMG his policeman character had me dying of laughter! Constantly with that creepy smile! I loved the ending credits where it was like '亀梨和也’ for like a thousand characters xD Now I really wanna read the book! I've read the first chapter prior to seeing the movie and it was the first McD scene in the film that's the first chapter ^_^ It was a weird, entertaining story with a nice message and ending =]

Have you seen any of these? Have I persuaded you to watch any? Can you also see the difference in my reviews now that I'm using a notebook? Do you keep something similar? OH! Is there any specific types of posts you would like to see from me before I got back to reality in 23 days time? OMG 23!! Kame's birthday is 23rd Feb xD O dear.... I've lost it....
