Does anyone else sometimes get a debug error message sometimes when they view my journal? I get that sometimes. I have to hit Ignore three times before it will go away.
I am addicted to Taco Time crisp chicken burritos. This really puts a damper on any potential future plans to become a vegetarian.
I'm really digging the band The Inklings right now. Think Breeders meets Bettie Serveert with a chick who sounds vaguely like Natalie Merchant on vocals. Until I can buy their CD, I'm streaming the whole thing for free on their website, theinklingsmusic.com . I wonder if it's available at Music Millennium? I did a search on musicmillennium.com but it didn't come up with any results.
I didn't watch the Oscars last night. I read the Saturday New York Times--part of it, anyway, until I started to get a headache. Not from reading the Times, of course--I think I would have gotten a headache no matter what I'd been doing.
Does anyone else find it really hard to believe that melted chocolate will "seize," that is, become a hard lump, if a tiny amount of water hits it? For some reason that just seems inconceivable to me.
I want to see the movie The Science of Sleep. I wanted to see it in theaters but never got a chance to. Every time I see the commercials for the DVD it looks so fantastic and weird and different, and I like movies that are different.
The other night I had a dream that I was at a community swimming pool and the shallowest part was like six or seven feet deep, and the deepest part was like eighteen feet deep. I jumped in and tried to dive down but I couldn't sink.
My shoulder hurts.
