weird...
I was just reading LJ and clicked the comments of a community I'm in, and I got this message:
You've been temporarily banned from accessing LiveJournal, perhaps because you were hitting the site too quickly. Please make sure that you're following our Bot Policy. If you have questions, contact us at webmaster@livejournal.com with the following information: [string of letters and numbers] @ [my IP address].
I wasn't hitting the site any more quickly than I normally do, and I've never gotten banned before. It only lasted a few seconds, but it was just weird. BTW I forgot to copy/paste the message when I actually got it, and had to do a search for it again; I found it on another user's LJ when he got the same problem, so I just copied it from there minus his own letter/number string and IP address. Anyway if it happens again I'll contact LJ.
