Distractions
Wow i havent been updating here much lately. I just tend to tweet all my random thoughs and be done with it.
So i've come to discover i can get some mad crazy hand held gaming done at work while waiting on customers to count their shipments. And as such i've pretty much beaten the shit out of my entire DS library, i also learned that SMB 3 on GBA is by far the WORST incarnation of the series. They gave Mario that annoyingly high pitched voice and he just HAS to say something everytime you get an item and/or die. Then changed the flawless end theme and took out one of Princess Peaches FEW moments of showing a personality when she does the "Our princess is in another castle" joke at the end of the original.
As such i got teh MAD hook up from m'homie THE Kiteless dragon! And he ran through some of his connections and got me info on a PSP for cheap. So now im playin Megman Powered up which is a chibi version of the original megaman. You can play the game in its original lay out or you can play a version that has more story, branching paths per stage, and actual voice acting.
AND surprisingly enough the voice acting is pretty damn good, even the bosses all have some personality, new movies, and a little depth. I hated this game when i first saw it years ago but its grown on me. You can even play as the bosses if you do a trick to rescue em instead of kill em after each level. i always wanted to play as Gutsman! XD
OH also user generated stages! I've been going for a lot of the lesser known PSP games like this and Blokus, gotta get patapon and some of the PSN games when i get my mem card.
