As soon as I expected to grow used to these awakenings, they grow worse. Give me loud noises or a shaking bed, anything but that sudden invasion...ugh.
This hallway coming off the parlor appears to lead nowhere, which is strange but not unexplainable. However, the room does not appear to have been intended for storage, judging by the presence of windows. Nor am I sure where these windows are looking to: I cannot see inside it from any of the outside windows.
What sort of illusion is this?
