on another note, I detest Ergon at the moment. We had a scheduled outage today, the leaflet we got said "3pm-6pm", but no, they didn't stick to it did they. It went from 4pm-8pm! Dickheads. Why bother giving customers a timeframe if you aren't even going to stick to it??
