Abilities As far as magical learning goes, the short answer is yes, Ada will certainly have opportunities for it and be able to put it into practice! She probably won't be able to gain access to the rare books in the Miskatonic library until she's proved that she's trustworthy though.
It's likely that she'll need to learn and successfully use a spell from another source first before the library head will feel comfortable letting her read the rare occult books, but we'll see how this all plays out in-game (who knows, maybe she'll come up with a way to convince him sooner). Either way, we'll make sure there are opportunities for her to encounter sources for magical learning and chances to use them!
